In today’s consumer society, we sometimes forget to be grateful for what we already have. If someone you love taught you these values or, as a farmer, helped ensure that these resources remained part of everyday life, it can be meaningful to dedicate a personal festival of thanks and harvest to them. We develop this concept afresh each time and take great pleasure in making it individual. You decide whether there should be an autumnal harvest table or even carts decorated with seasonal vegetables and grain, and whether this distinctive funeral service should take place on a farm or at your home. Food can range from an abundant American-style "Thanksgiving" meal to something simple, such as vegetable soup with harvest bread. In every case, we make sure the foods are traditionally grown and harvested locally, including wheat, flour, honey, potatoes, cabbage and apples. If wished, we also arrange decorations that beautifully reflect the person’s connection with nature and show once more how precious it is to live in harmony with the natural world. We also organise a suitable venue and take care of legal matters, invitations, the running order and the other practical details.
