Danish farewell

Danish people value informality: an open, warm and approachable way of being. That warmth is also reflected in the distinctively Danish sense of comfort known as "hygge". This farewell is intended for someone who loved that Danish outlook on life and could not let a year pass without a short break in small but delightful Denmark. We might rent one or more holiday homes in Denmark itself and spend an entire weekend remembering them with joy. Alternatively, we can find a suitable venue in Germany and keep things simple, serving Røde Pølster (Danish hot dogs) and soft-serve ice cream with liquorice sprinkles.
