New perspectives can emerge at your own pace. Others find comfort in speaking with people who have been through something similar. Group bereavement support allows experiences, thoughts and feelings to be shared. Facing grief, despair, anger or loneliness together can create connection and ease the sense of being alone with the pain. The groups are led with care by experienced bereavement practitioners. We also offer specialist support for particular circumstances. This includes help for bereaved parents, families following a suicide, and children and young people, whose grief may need different forms of expression.
